Missing key, rare model, specific layout?

If the key you need isn't available — rare model, special layout, unusual colour, or a non-keycap spare part (isolated hinge, mechanism, silicone dome…) — send us a message. We'll try to source it from our suppliers or by dismantling a second-hand keyboard.

What we need from you

1. Exact keyboard model (MX Keys, MX Keys for Mac, MX Keys Mini, MX Keys S, Craft, K950, K380, Ergo K860…)
2. Layout (AZERTY FR, QWERTY US, QWERTY UK, QWERTY ES, QWERTY IT, QWERTZ DE)
3. Colour (black, white, blue, graphite…)
4. Missing key(s) — printed character or name (Space, Right Shift, Enter…)
5. A photo of the broken key or keyboard if possible

How it works

We reply within 24-48h. If the part is available from external stock, we confirm availability and price. Otherwise we look for a second-hand keyboard to dismantle — lead time of 2-3 weeks possible. No commitment until you confirm.

Pricing

From €8 per key, adjusted based on part rarity and sourcing cost. Hinge included. Europe-wide tracked shipping. PayPal payment with buyer protection.
